Intelligent management system of expressway electromechanical equipment based on Internet of Things
author:
With the continuous increase of highway mileage, the number of electromechanical equipment has increased by leaps and bounds, which has brought great pressure to the electromechanical maintenance department in terms of management. The traditional management of electromechanical equipment mainly relies on on-site inspection, fault reporting, post-event maintenance, etc., which has the following disadvantages: First, the daily inspection methods mostly stay in the original stage, and a large number of paper inspection forms need to be filled out, which not only results in waste of resources, There are also problems such as mere formality, inaccurate data, and difficulty in real supervision; second, the equipment is complex and widely distributed, and the historical data of daily inspections cannot be used as a reference in the future, and there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation of equipment operating conditions ( Statistics, analysis, early warning, forecasting, etc.). The above factors lead to the separation of "management, maintenance and repair", and the management efficiency is not high, which has a certain impact on the daily operation of expressways. How to apply scientific and technological means to carry out centralized and unified management of electromechanical equipment, improve fault response time and fault maintenance level, has become a major problem faced by electromechanical departments.
